How to Vinegar/Baking Soda Bottle Bomb
Instructions
Things You'll Need:

* What you will need: -A plastic water bottle - the only ones I have been succesful with are the really cheap ones and dasani. -Baking soda - about 2 tbsp per bomb -Vinegar - about a cup (8 oz.) per bom

1.Step 1

Start by fill the bottle half full with vinegar. Then cut the bag as shown. Put the bag into the mouth of the bottle as shown, and fill it with 2 tbsp. (roughly) of baking soda. Push the bag with the baking soda down into the bottle, but don't let the contents mix. You are now ready to detonate.
2.Step 2

When you have found a safe place to blow it up, such as the street (not your garage, or your room, or secret underground lab), start shaking the bottle to mix the active ingredients. The bottle will start to fizz up and expand, so wait about 8 seconds to charge it up, then either throw it at the ground or up in the air. You don't want to hit the cap on the ground, or it will just let all the compressed air out in a non-exciting way. You want to hit the side or bottom of the bottle, either way it will blow out the bottom.

Soda chlorine bomb
The Soda Chlorine Bomb is an interesting piece of work. It makes a loud noise that rather resembles a hand grenade or howitzer shell, yet causes little to no damage to its nearest surroundings. It's a great device that doesn't cost much, is easily put together, and requires little skill to pull off properly. This isn't to say if you stand around and let it detonate while clutched closely to your chest that you won't tend to feel some soreness.

There are various recipes out there that call for various additives and methods. However after a good semester of experimenting, I have found a very ideal mixture and method. The recipe calls for simple things that can be picked up at a 24-hour Walmart for well under $10. It adds to the humour when you purchase chlorine tablets and rubbing alcohol alone at 4am at the lone checkout lane.

How to do it
You will need:

* 2-Liter Plastic Soda Bottle with screw-on cap
* Large container of standard rubbing alcohol, preferably 95%+ isopropyl.
* 3 -4 Chlorine tablets designed for pool use.
* Hammer or similar blunt, metal object.

The steps are simple and most high school graduates can pull this off without the use of heavy mathematical equations or their organic chemistry notebooks.

* Simply use the hammer to crunch up the four chlorine tablets into a powder. Chunks are acceptable, as long as the mixture is not predominantly huge chunks.

* Funnel or otherwise place the powder into the 2-Liter Plastic soda bottle.

* Be ready to place the bottle at its intended location and exit (if necessary) at this point. Pour in the bottle of rubbing alcohol until either gone, or the soda bottle appears 2/3 full.

* Quickly, now! Screw on the bottle cap very tightly! Make sure it's not going anywhere. Now shake the bottle vigorously for a few seconds and place the bottle down. Run away.

* There will be a buildup of gas inside the bottle, which will reach such high pressures that it will blow apart the soda bottle creating a ka-fucking-boom. If you make a few at a time, a succession of bangs might even give the effect of a shelling or air raid.

Mentos and Soda Bomb
step 1 What You Need
You need: 1. Glad circular 1/2 cup interlocking lid plastic tupperware container. 2. Can of Coke 3. Mentos 4. Paper Towels

step 2 Fill the Tupperware Container
Fill the tupperware container almost all the way full with coke (look at picture).

step 3 Cover the Tupperware Container
Cover the tupperware container with a paper towel. leave some room at the edge of the container so that a couple mentos could easily slip through. (see picture) Pull the paper towel taught so that it doesn't get wet with coke.

step 4 Place the Mentos
To make sure the paper towel is taught, place rocks at all the corners that are on the ground. Then place three mentos on the top of the paper towel...It now doesn't matter if the paper towel gets wet, it only matter if the mentos don't get wet. (see picture)

step 5 Now place the top on the bomb!
Place the cover on the tupperware container. Make sure when you put the cover on that the paper towel is still taught. (see picture)

step 6 Activating the Bomb
To activate the bomb just tip the container so that all three mentos fall into the soda through the little hole between the edge of the paper towel and the edge of the container.

step 7 The Explosion
Quickly (in the next 3 seconds) place the bomb and get out of the way. It doesn't make a big explosion but sure makes a mess! Have fun sabotaging you brothers, sisters, and friends!!! You can also do the same exact thing in a bigger container with more soda and mentos!!!

Confetti Bomb Prank!

A soda bottle bomb...!!

Supplies

The supply list for this prank is short and they are easy to find:

1. 35mm canister

They will give you these for free at Walgreens or most one hour film development labs.

The white ones with the tighter lids work better than the black ones.

2. Can of compressed air

Your common air duster - found at most offices. Used for blowing the dust out of computers and keybaords.

3. Some confetti

I bought some for a dollar to make it stand out more in the video, but those holes from the hole punch work great!

Fill the canister

This part is simple - just turn the can of air upside down, and then spray a little of the liquid inside.

WARNING The liquid inside is extremely cold and extremely flammable. Caution is advised, especially when dealing with something that can both cause frostbite and severe burns.

Once the liquid is inside, quickly dump as much confetti inside as you can, without getting any in the way of the lid. (If the lid cannot close tightly, the pressure will not be able to build.)

Finally, close the lid tightly, set it next to your intended victim and then quickly walk away!

Kaboom!

Now comes the kaboom.

It will take anywhere from 5 seconds to a good minute to explode, depending on several factors.

If you spray a lot of liquid inside, it will take longer to evaporate and build up pressure.

If the ambient air temperature is high, the liquid inside will likely evaporate much faster.

For a bigger boom, turn the canister upside down and use more liquid. Stand clear of it if you do. The resulting explosion is pretty violent, especially for a little canister.

Watch the video again to see what I mean. I filmed that in my garage, where the ceiling is about 15 feet high. Listen to how fast the canister bounced off the ceiling and then the floor again.

Pepper Grenade Canister/ Bomb

Equipment

you will need:

1 Film canister or air tight container with a pop open lid.
1 Cardboard sheet (thin depth)
1 Plastic sandwich bag
Some Vinegar
Some Bicarbonate of Soda (or Baking Soda)
Some Powder-flour, pepper, allspice....
Some Celotape or sticky tape
Some string
1 pair of scissors
2 Hands
1 Bomb site

Cutting

1. Cut the cardboard to the circumference (a circle the same size of the inside)of the film canister.

2. Hold the corner of the plastic bag against the canister(so that the corner is pointing straight down) and cut just below the top of the canister to form a cone.(Thank you James M)

3. Cut some string (or any material like it) that is about 10cm or 4 inches long then take the celotape and stick one end of the string to the canister and one end to the lid leaving a bit of slack in the middle so that the top can blow off.

Construction

Fill the canister a quarter of the way up with vinegar I use the cap as it is more controllable.

The Grenade

4. Fill the corner of the bag, a bit over half the way up with bicarbonate of Soda. Place the bag into the canister so that the open end is facing upwards and being careful not to spill any Bicarb into the vinegar.

The powder

Carefully slowly push the cardboard into the canister so that it totally seals the top of the canister and place the circular piece of card on top of it.

Then take the powder and pour it on to the top of the cardboard up until it reaches the top of the canister then carefully put the lid on making sure that the grenade is always up right until throwing.

Priming, throwing and EXPLODING!!!!!!!

To prime the grenade shake it up and down the delay on mine was about 2 seconds so throw very very quickly mine nearly blew up and peppered me in my face and my second one did not blow up after 2 lots of shaking and then did one almighty explosion.

Get stuff

You need:

a box of baking soda
a bottle of vinegar
a spoon
a ziploc bag
scissors
a cup of water
an empty film canister

Cut plastic bag

Take the ziploc bag and hold it up to the side of the canister, with one of the bottom corners at the bottom of the canister. Cut at the top of the canister to form a triangle with the bag.

Pour vinegar

Take the canister and fill it up about a quarter of the way with vinegar.

Throw the canister in the air towards the street, your enemies, your friends, whatever. Watch it explode in mid-air!

Make the bomb
